Whova “How-To” Sessions

We are excited to announce that the WIC Coordinator Summit will be hosted on the virtual platform Whova.

Please join us for one of the brief (20-minute) “how-to sessions” to learn the platform and its features. MPHI will walk you through how to access the sessions, chat, session Q&A, community boards, and more! 

Attend any session by clicking the “Join the Zoom Meeting” button at the time of the session (pre-registration for the Whova tutorial is not necessary).

  • Provide State and National Updates for WIC program services
  • Engage in group discussions on local agency promotion and retention efforts
  • Provide opportunities to network with other Michigan WIC staff
  • Learn techniques on effective communication in a professional setting
  • Learn time management skills to promote a better work environment
Continuing education opportunities will be available for IBCLC and Nursing.
New State and Local Agency information and materials will be provided and discussed at the Michigan WIC Coordinator Summit. Therefore, attendance is expected for the local agency WIC Coordinator and their Senior WIC leadership.
